1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 1HP Troubleshooter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Educational Purpose

The content provided through 1HP Troubleshooter is strictly for educational purposes. It is designed to help users understand potential health issues and symptoms, but should never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. No Medical Services or Advice

1HP Troubleshooter does not provide medical services, advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are an educational platform only. Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • All content is for educational purposes only and not medical advice
  • No doctor-patient relationship is created through use of this platform
  • Users must consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Users should seek immediate medical attention for serious symptoms
  • Users should not delay seeking medical advice based on educational information from this application
  • Any application of educational content for health purposes is done at user's own risk

4. Educational Content and User Acknowledgment

By using 1HP Troubleshooter, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All exercises, recommendations, and content are educational in nature
  • You are solely responsible for determining whether any educational content is appropriate for your situation
  • You will consult healthcare professionals before implementing any exercise or activity recommendations
  • You understand that educational content is not personalized medical advice
  • You assume all risks associated with implementing any educational content
  • Results, if any, are not guaranteed and may vary significantly between individuals

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of 1HP Troubleshooter, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the service
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

6. 3-Month Results Guarantee

For clients who purchase the 1HP Power Leveling Program (the “Program”), 1 Healthpoint, Inc. offers a 3-Month Results Guarantee under the terms set forth in this Section 6.

6.1 Refund Evaluation Period

The parties agree that the Client's satisfaction with progress toward the goals established during onboarding will be evaluated after a three (3) month period commencing on the date of the Client's onboarding call. The parties acknowledge that full resolution of symptoms may not occur within the three-month period; the metric for this evaluation is the Client's satisfaction with meaningful progress toward their stated goals, not complete symptom resolution.

6.2 Refund Guarantee

1 Healthpoint, Inc. agrees that if the Client is not satisfied with their progress toward the goals established during onboarding as of the conclusion of the three-month evaluation period, 1 Healthpoint, Inc. will refund the full Program fee to the Client upon request.

6.3 Method and Timing of Refund

Any refund due under this Guarantee shall be issued within five (5) business days of the Client's written request and returned via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.4 Eligibility & Good-Faith Participation

This Guarantee is contingent upon the Client's good-faith participation in the Program, including but not limited to: completion of the onboarding call, regular exercise and load-management as prescribed by 1HP, attendance at scheduled coaching sessions, and reasonable communication with 1HP during the three-month evaluation period.

This Guarantee applies only to the 1HP Power Leveling Program and does not apply to free consultations, screens, educational content, or other 1HP offerings outside of the Power Leveling Program.

7. Limitation of Liability and Health Outcomes

HEALTH OUTCOMES DISCLAIMER: 1HP Troubleshooter makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding health outcomes, recovery, pain relief, or any medical benefits from use of our educational content. Individual results may vary significantly.

NO LIABILITY FOR HEALTH CONSEQUENCES: To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1HP Troubleshooter and its operators shall not be liable for any health consequences, injuries, adverse reactions, or medical outcomes resulting from use of our educational content.

GENERAL LIMITATION: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

8. SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from 1 Healthpoint, Inc., you agree to the following terms:

8.1 Description of SMS Use Cases

1 Healthpoint, Inc. may send SMS messages for the following purposes:

  • Transactional Messages: Account notifications, appointment reminders, service updates, exercise reminders, and important alerts related to your account or our services
  • Marketing Messages: Promotional offers, health tips, educational content, special discounts, new feature announcements, and other marketing communications (only if you opt-in)

8.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive
  • Contacting us at admin@1-hp.org
  • Updating your preferences in your account settings

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

8.4 Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to or from your mobile device. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your sole responsibility. 1 Healthpoint, Inc. is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

8.5 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery.

8.6 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from 1 Healthpoint, Inc. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not opt in to receive SMS communications.

8.7 Consent Not Required for Purchase

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messages to use our services or make any purchase.

8.8 Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
